1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every account, listing, image, review, report, message, Contact Unlock and other use of DRVN. It operates with the Marketplace Terms, Owner Agreement and Contact Unlock Terms.
Marketplace safety rules
This policy explains the content, conduct and services that are prohibited on DRVN and how marketplace rules may be enforced.
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every account, listing, image, review, report, message, Contact Unlock and other use of DRVN. It operates with the Marketplace Terms, Owner Agreement and Contact Unlock Terms.
Use DRVN only for genuine marketplace purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, court orders, venue rules, road rules, licensing requirements, privacy obligations and intellectual property rights.
Do not list or promote:
Owners must not conceal defects, illegal modifications, expired approvals, inadequate restraints, unsafe tyres, braking issues, registration restrictions or other material safety information.
Competition, display and modified vehicles must be described accurately and offered only for services compatible with their legal and safe use.
Do not use DRVN to request, offer, encourage, film or promote illegal road racing, burnouts, drifting, speed demonstrations, police evasion, reckless acceleration or other dangerous public-road conduct.
Lawful motorsport or closed-course content must not be misrepresented as an available public-road service.
Do not threaten, abuse, stalk, shame, intimidate, sexually harass or discriminate against another user. Do not publish private information, encourage pile-ons or retaliate against a person for making a genuine complaint or review.
Do not target minors for private or inappropriate communication. Formal or youth-event enquiries should be managed through a parent, guardian or responsible adult. Content that exploits, sexualises or endangers a minor is prohibited and may be reported to authorities.
Do not use DRVN to advertise, sell, facilitate or solicit illegal drugs, stolen property, firearms, prohibited weapons, explosives, dangerous chemicals, counterfeit documents or other illegal or highly regulated goods unrelated to a lawful vehicle service.
Without written permission, do not scrape listings, harvest contacts, use bots to create accounts or purchases, bypass access controls, probe vulnerabilities, introduce malware, overload systems, reverse engineer protected functionality or interfere with another user's account.
Good-faith security concerns should be reported privately to DRVN.
Do not send repetitive, bulk or irrelevant messages. Do not add an unlocked owner or Customer to marketing lists without valid consent. Messages must identify the sender and respect unsubscribe requests where applicable.
Do not bypass Contact Unlock controls by publishing hidden contact details in listing images, descriptions or comments, sharing purchased contacts with other users, manipulating checkout or using technical workarounds.
This does not prevent a user from contacting an owner through information the user independently and lawfully obtained outside DRVN.
Upload only content you own or are authorised to use. Do not copy another listing, remove watermarks, misuse trade marks, infringe copyright or falsely claim affiliation with a manufacturer, event, club or public figure.
Reviews and reports must be honest, relevant and based on genuine experience or evidence. Do not submit false reports, coordinate review attacks, demand payment to remove content or use reviews to disclose private information.
DRVN may act on conduct occurring after an introduction where it creates a credible safety, fraud, privacy or marketplace-integrity risk. This can include threats, scams, dangerous driving, misuse of contact details or serious misrepresentation.
Depending on severity and evidence, DRVN may warn a user, request information, edit or remove content, restrict features, pause listings, cancel access, suspend or terminate an account, preserve records, reverse improperly obtained benefits or report conduct to a payment provider, insurer, regulator or authority.
Where appropriate, DRVN will allow a response or appeal. Immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary to address urgent risk.
Use the listing report feature or contact support@drvnmarketplace.com.au. Include the listing URL, account details, dates, screenshots and a clear description. Call 000 for immediate danger or an emergency.
Users must not destroy, alter or fabricate evidence relevant to a platform investigation. DRVN may request reasonably necessary documents or explanations while limiting unnecessary collection of sensitive information.
DRVN may update this policy to address new features, risks, laws or enforcement practices. The current version and effective date will be published on the website.
This policy is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to mandatory laws that apply in another jurisdiction.
